HOMECOMING-REVIVAL
HOMECOMING
2 Peter 3:13 "  But in keeping with his promise we
are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness."
Each year Randall United Methodist Church observes a Sunday morning
service called "Homecoming." At this service church members and guests both honor and
remember those who have "passed over" during the previous year. It is also a
special time when those who have moved away from the community may come and be
those friends both past and present who might be in attendence.
REVIVAL
Psalm 51:10 "  Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me".
During the summer Randall United Methodist Church holds a three day
evening revival. Special music is presented each night and guest speakers lead the
congregation in Christian fellowship, song and prayer. Testimonies are given and
many come to the alter for special prayers for healing, reconciliation or praise.
